Our first experience of the Holy Spirit is at conversion when we are born from above as Jesus promised and our spirit comes alive.
B. Overwhelmed & Submerged By The Spirit At Baptism

Our experience of being overwhelmed by the Holy Spirit may happen
1. AT THE SAME TIME AS we are baptised as believers in water (ACTS 8:26-39),
2. BEFORE WATER BAPTISM as in ACTS 10:23-48 or
3. AFTER BEING BAPTISED IN WATER (ACTS 19:1-7).
